Getting Your Marriage License in Florida
For your marriage to be legal, you must get a license at one of the many Clerk of the County Court offices in Florida.  You and your fiance need to apply in person, bring a photo ID and $93.50.  You may then get married anywhere in Florida (3-day wait for Fla.
